What does "all sources" mean exactly?
The dashboard reads the official NB government sources: the GNB Expression of Interest list, Royal Gazette tax-sale notices (auction date, time and venue per county), and DTI surplus property (Open to Offers, plus Public Tenders whenever DTI publishes them) — all geocoded and plotted on one map.
How is this different from just checking the government websites?
The government sites are spread across several URLs and PDFs, with no map, no filtering, no search and no notes. This tool pulls the sources into one dashboard, geocodes every parcel, and lets you track the properties you're watching. It saves hours of checking and helps you notice listings you would otherwise miss.
What happens when the lifetime deal closes?
It closes when we decide it closes — either when we hit a certain number of lifetime members, or when the tool matures enough that $2,500 for life is clearly underpriced. Founding members lock in the rate forever. Everyone after pays monthly or annual.
Can I try before paying?

What if I buy lifetime and the tool shuts down?
Fair question. This tool is built on NB government public data — tax sales are quarterly events that aren't going away — and the code is simple to maintain. If the Service were ever discontinued, lifetime members would be told first and treated under the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
