Questions
What does "all sources" mean exactly?
The dashboard scrapes 4 official NB government sources: GNB Tax Sale Auctions, GNB Expression of Interest, DTI Surplus Public Tenders, and DTI Surplus Open to Offers โ all geocoded and plotted on one map.
How is this different from just checking the government websites?
The government sites are spread across 4 different URLs, have no map, no filtering, no search, no notes, and no Street View. This tool pulls all 4 sources into one dashboard, geocodes every address, and lets you track properties you're watching. It saves hours and helps you spot deals you'd otherwise miss.
What happens when the lifetime deal closes?
It closes when we decide it closes โ either when we hit a certain number of lifetime members, or when the tool matures enough that $2,500 for life is clearly underpriced. Founding members lock in the rate forever. Everyone after pays monthly or annual.
Can I try before paying?
Yes โ every free account includes the Free Preview: one property from each of NB's 15 counties, fully detailed with assessed value, annual tax, parcel boundary, and building footprint. It's the same data Pro subscribers see, just narrowed to one row per county. Sign up, look around, and only pay if the full 200-property feed is worth it for you.
What if I buy lifetime and the tool shuts down?
Fair question. This tool is built on NB government public data that will exist for decades โ tax sales are quarterly events that aren't going away. The code is simple and maintainable. If something changes we'll reach out to lifetime members first.
