Refund Policy

Our policy

As a general policy, GNB Scanner does not offer refunds on Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime plans once purchased.

This policy does not override any refund, cancellation, or cooling-off right you may have under applicable law, including New Brunswick consumer protection legislation. Where the law gives you a right to a refund or to cancel, that right applies regardless of this policy, and we will honour it.

Why we can keep it simple

Every account includes a genuine free tier: one property per county (15 across New Brunswick), with the same assessment value, tax, parcel boundary, and building-footprint data that paid subscribers see. This free preview lets you fully evaluate the quality and usefulness of the Service before paying anything — so you can buy with confidence, and we don't need a complicated returns process.

Cancellation

• You can cancel a Monthly or Annual subscription at any time from your account page.
• Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• No partial or pro-rated refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period.
• Lifetime purchases are one-time and non-refundable.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or charged twice), contact us using the details below and we will investigate. Genuine billing errors will be corrected.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we resolve genuine errors promptly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
